Refund Policy

At Easy Life, we are committed to providing you with high-quality services that meet your needs and exceed your expectations. However, we understand that things may not always go according to plan, and sometimes cancellations or refunds may be necessary. This policy outlines the conditions under which you can request a refund or cancel a booking made through the Easy Life mobile app or website.

Cancellations

  • Unavailability of Provider: You can cancel any booking free of charge until the service provider accepts it. To cancel, open the Easy Life Customer App, go to your booking details, and tap "Cancel Booking". If you cancel before the provider accepts, you will receive a full refund of any advance booking fees.

  • Provider Unable to Attend: In the rare event that a provider cannot attend your scheduled appointment due to unforeseen circumstances, they may decline your service request.

  • Rescheduling: We will work with you to arrange a new appointment time that suits your needs.

  • Full Refund: If the service is based on advance booking and the provider cannot attend, you will receive a full refund without cancellation fees.

Refunds

Refunds for advance bookings will be credited to the user’s in-app wallet.

Not eligible for a full refund if:

  • You cancel after the provider has accepted your booking.

  • The service was completed as described in the app, even if you are not fully satisfied with the quality.

  • Minor inconveniences or delays occur during the service.

  • You request changes to the service scope after the provider arrives, which may result in extra charges.

  • This policy applies to all bookings made via the Easy Life app or website.

  • Easy Life may update this policy at any time without prior notice. The latest version will always be available on our app and website.

  • By using Easy Life, you agree to this Refund & Cancellation Policy.
